If you like being told your order will be delivered the next day but then it keeps getting cancelled and rescheduled weeks, months out - then this is your company. And then calling CS and being essentially called a liar when you have proof of the day your delivery was promised to you ( email and a text), then this is your company. This is not a new problem due to covid - this has been going on since before the pandemic hit. Enough. Cancelled my order - never again. I've given them way too many chances. And their prices are exorbitant for sub par frozen food.

Hope you like waiting and unpredictable delivery dates and spotty communication.
Products used:
None - because they kept delaying it and I cancelled it. I've used their food for several years.
