Ordered on 28 September with expedited delivery, no contact till I sent a ticket asking why I hadn't received it 2 weeks later to be told it was out of stock & I had to wait, received a tracking number a week later that doesn't work even after waiting 5 days to be told I have to wait another 3-5 working days before anything is done. Im not happy as the extra I paid for delivery was a waste of time & still no phone a month later, & no explanation just stock answers. An offer of a refund & an apology would be nice, or at least a really good explanation & refund my postage. Won't be using again
