I placed an order and even though I had not even removed the items from packaging I was not allowed to exchange them for a bigger size. Very disappointed that they were not able to work with me.

I purchased 3 bathing suits and when I tried them on - they did not fit. I am a size (s) or (4) and I ordered a size (m). In my opinion the quality is not very nice. When I inquired about returning them, I had to go online to fill out a form and upload pictures of each bathing suit. After all of that, I received an email stating that I could not return the items. These items were not final sale when I purchased them. In the future I will deal with a company that will stand by their products and one that believes in customer satisfaction.
