“Well Packed - Poor Quality - Customer returns and complaints - VGA ports are not aligned”

Products arrived well packed. However i had a few return/refund requests due to VGA not aligned, products worked only 1 day after that turned dead. I opened all the remaining packages and see it myself, most of them VGA ports are not aligned.

Not Happy with the product quality.
