About 2 months ago I ordered a set of 3 3-tier clothes drying racks. About 2 weeks ago I finally received my order, I only got 1 of the three, it was wrapped in what looked like garbage bag. Since it was not properly packaged for shipping, it was broken when it received it. I immediately contacted customer service and received an email saying to send tem pictures of my item so they can properly analyze the damage. I sent them multiple pictures of the item with in the hour that I reviewed the email. I still have not heard back from them and I can't use this item for anything. I'm not impressed at all with the customer service and do not plan to but from this website again.
