They may "know" what they are talking about and doing, but everytime I'm here I have to come back. Constant issues with parts not being correct or accurate. Typically have no problems swapping the part for me, but beyond tired of coming here 2 or 3 times to get the part needed even after Pete's "oh yea it's the right one" bull$#*!.

Hey Mike! Thanks for the review. Now, I take some issue with this. 1. Talking to me about it... 2. If its happening constantly, I do believe it might be a communication error happening, as we really just dont have these issues. Its a "once in awhile occurrence" these days since we've hired a inventory specialist that oversees or now 20,000 parts deep catalog. If you are constantly, and consistently having these issues, I believe that the correct part might not be requested at the counter. Also... If it was happening so often, and constant, and you discussed this with me, I would believe that WE and YOU would be ever vigilant in checking the parts for accuracy before you left our facility. I welcome you to reach out to me to discuss this further.
