I understand that products delivered will not be 100% exact as advertised, but that the floral arrangement received looked like a $10 bouquet bought at a supermarket with a $2.00 very ugly vase that it was put together in less than a minute...
I was buying this birthday floral arrangement I saw online for a very special person birthday and paid a total of $75.00 for it.
It is embarrassing and it looks really cheap. I wish I was allowed to upload a picture here...
Even better when I complained, they offered me a $30 store credit or 10% of the order back, $7.50?
No, I will never buy any floral arrangement from Gift Tree ever again... Not only that, but I will close my account, but I am also taking all my business gift I started to send to my customers elsewhere...
EXTREMELY pleased with their professionalism! Their communication was over the top - they kept me informed about everything!, from beginning to the end everyone was upfront with what was supposed to happen. Delivery was even before time, and shipment was in excellent condition - they took extreme measures to make sure no damage was done! I would definitely use this black tops over again and again and would recommend to anyone! Thank you! ML
