I ordered a Nasa hat an T shirt then found it almost 70% cheaper about ten minutes after i ordered on Friday 8th July. Immediately I tried to cancel. No way to do that online. I contacted customer service and they said "unfortunately between the time I ordered and the time i wanted to cancel my parcel had left the warehouse" which was after ten minutes Friday evening at 16.42. All day Saturday 9th I spoke with numerous departments online and still unable to cancel. 7 days later still no parcel, I contacted customer service "a delay in processing meant your parcel did not go out" I asked to cancel and they sent it anyway. I refused the parcel and now its lost and my refund not available. Do yourselves a favour and avoid dealers who lie and cheat customers. We don't need this type of seller.
