I am an avid online shopper (because let's face it, it is way easier to simply find what you love without having the hassle to wait in line or see something you want but they don't have your size) so when I saw an advertisement for Dress Lily and decided to take a look I was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful prices and pretty little options. However, after I had picked what I was beyond excited for and clicked on the 'Place Order' button I was extremely surprised what ended up happening. I placed my $70 order in December of 2014 and by the time it was almost February of 2015 I was starting to really get upset that I hadn't received any of my order yet. I called the corporate number (which wasn't easy to find, on top of that had to leave a message that didn't sound like a professional Voice Mail, and I never received a confirmation number so that was even harder) only to receive an email a couple weeks later with a statement of what I had purchased and the things that were being shipped to me. They made sure I knew two items were being sent to me because they took a picture of the packages, but not even an apology or they are on there way. Need less to say when I received my 2 out of the 7 items I had purchased the package was extremely small, stuffed into it, and poor quality (as if they couldn't afford a bigger size package or presented better and being a graduate in fashion design I know poor quality when I see it). I haven't received my other packages and since it's now March I am not counting on it, so if you feel like wasting money definitely shop here. I guess there is always a 50/50 chance you will get your items, but I do not have money to waste, so I definitely do not recommend shopping here! Not too long after my purchase I saw a segment on the TODAY morning show and they investigated this business and they ended up not recommending this business either, I just wish I saw this before I shopped here. I haven't ever felt like I have had to give a bad review until now but definitely BUYER BEWARE! Want to know a fabulous place to shop head over to Lulus.com (one of my fave online shops, aside from forever21, alloy, charming charlie, and justfab... hehe.) Happy Shopping... just not with Dress Lily!
