AVG customer service is of no help whatsoever. I told them that the site I purchased this from was not legit, and they didn't care. I recommend never wasting your money on this junk.
Tip for consumers:
They say there is a 30-day money back guarantee but that's only true if you buy from them. If you buy from one of there resellers there is no guarantee.
