My wife ordered a dress from this website for a wedding and paid for 10 day shipping. It took 28 days. We contacted customer service about 5 times just to get our shipping fee back. They would only give us half of it. The dress was garbage and the size wasn't even close. We gave up on dealing with customer service and just want to warn people about them.
