“Horrible customer service, terrible product”

I paid the shipping for items that were defective. When I contacted the customer service, I was told I must pay for the return shipping and I will be charged a restocking fee. Now I'm stuck with a product that I cannot use and sending it back is more of a cost than benefit. The customer service agent was also very rude.
