I ordered a pair of blue lens Costa Del Mar sunglasses but was told that they were out of stock and offered a $5 discount to select another pair of glasses. I did that because I already was committed to trying out the brand, but I really only wanted blue lens glasses. The glasses arrived, they are fine, but I feel like I was bait and switched by 1sale.

Hi Michael, Thanks for leaving this review. Our inventory system experienced a glitch which caused this model to continue selling after it had already depleted the inventory in stock. We apologize for this. In full transparency, we gave the option to all of our customers to either cancel their orders for a full refund or to choose an alternative model of their choice. All in all, we hope your next 1Sale experience is more positive! :)
