I subscribed to LinkedIn Recruiter Lite for a full year, and was never able to make sense of it on my own. When I tried to request help, I found there is no way to talk to a person, and all I got for my trouble was a call from some outsourced business development firms from India who started drilling me with questions about how many hires would I be making in the next year. Good riddance!

Website is confusing; no easy way to just re-order; customer support staff would be great if I were Indian - they are not understandable. I requested a supervisor and was refused. You don't deserve this business.
