In a difficult year I tried to give Flighthub a pass on their awful customer service. However from the agent misleading my fiancé on the phone to the versatility of the travel credits- which voided our full insurance we purchased, to the crazy wait times to get help, its been an awful experience. Edit- 4 hours to get a rep. They admitted the price differences are crazy and tried to make up with a decent flight replacement, but no upgrades or money back. Slight bump for the empathy but little improvement for the hassle or the 700 difference in value.
