What a phone from spectrum was told I could change the signature required delivery. Try to do so to no avail. Over 8 hours on the phone with an automated system got a person three times within numerous phone calls. Was told I cannot change delivery only the sender can change. Spoke to spectrum again and they said this is not within their contract with them and FedEx has to change the delivery at my request. Can't get anyone to put a farm agent on the phone was told only sender can talk to them. Absolutely no customer support within this company.
They have excellent products, I've not found better prices shopping around. There is always a shipping deal and shipping is fast. Love shopping with them for may whole family.

I bought on of my faves that I can never afford, but they had it for such a good deal, and the other is a birthday gift for my son, who also has expensive taste, I couldn't pass up the deal.
