Don't buy apparels from Mirraw.com. It took one month to deliver the items that too after sending emails. One of the item is defective and I reported on the next day I received the item. Again and again they asked for product photos and after couple of emails, they told I have reported after 2 weeks, so that they can't replace the item. They told, they will give 15% refund. I couldn't understand why I have to loose my money for their mistake. Every day they will send mails regarding and they are saying they will refund the money to Mirraw wallet and I have to agree for 15%. Who wants to buy again from Mirraw. And it is going to be 3 months and still not resolved. I purchased for $132 and defect item is of $32. Can't they refund $30?. I done shopping from Mirraw 1 year back, service was ok. But this time it was terrible. Price is high, quality is very bad.
To mirraw representatives --- I have already contacted you multiple times and replying all your mails for the past 2 months. Totally we exchanged 40+ emails. If you really wants to resolve, you could have been solved this month before. I written this review to save other people.
