“Worse than horrible service: phones, service and plan are garbage”

This has to be the worst service ever. Second phone I have had with AW, the second one is better but not by much. The bigger problem is how they access voicemail minutes. Yes, your minutes are charged when you call vm. The bigger issue is if you add money to your account and you exceed your 350 minutes, all your calls will roll to voice mail. Unbelievably bad customer service. Will be leaving AW as soon as my son gets me connected to his family plan.

Products used:
ANS android...pure trash, drops calls, doesn't hang up
Unimax683c...better but not by much. Frequently will not complete calls, just drops.
