This customer service sucks. Do you realize that when you call the contact number there is no voicemail and you never get an answer? I place an order on 12/31/13 and it still says processing. Now I'm forced to go buy another dress for Valentines Day. I have no choice but to dispute the charge to get my money back, since they don't respond to emails either. I tried sending another email today to *******@rosewholesale.com and it came back no good. At this point I just want my money back, because I don't think I'll ever purchase from this site! BE VERY CAREFUL.
