After using this platform for several years, the first time I have a problem I can't get in touch with anyone. The agent at the counter in Tbilisi Georgia didn't know anything about Type D visas and caused us to miss our flight. From there we lost 4 more flights because we had to re route to different countries. After waiting on a chat for over 8 hours I was not able to get anything. The answer was, we can't do anything. I am taking the lost because I am to blame for not getting insurance However, justfly lost a loyal customer. I will never use their platform again and I hope none who is reading this message uses it as well. Companies believe to be immune to our complaints However there is a lot of value in feedback.
