I almost wrote off thredUP because I was having so much trouble with my order. I was sent a coupon code and spend considerable time putting an order together. When I was ready to check out, the coupon code was invalid. I contacted Customer Service and didn't receive a reply for 3-4 days so most of my items were gone. Once I heard from Customer Service, the representative was helpful and assisted me with another order (after compiling new items). Once again there was trouble with the promotion code but the representative was much faster with responses to my problem. I was satisfied and happy with my order. I strongly recommend that thredUP makes certain that promotional codes work before distributing them. I felt my time was wasted while I searched for clothes and then all but one was purchased by other customers while I was waiting for Customer Service to respond to my inquiries. There should be a faster response time for assistance. I like the business model for thredUP and will continue to make purchases as long as I receive quality products and good customer service.
