I didn't see these reviews before I purchased, and it would have saved me a lot of money and unhappiness. I ordered a ring as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend. I paid extra to have expedited shipping because I wanted to make sure it got here on time (even though it still should have with regular shipping). I then messaged the seller through their website about it asking me to let me know if my time frame would be problematic. I never heard back from them and the product arrived 3 days later than the shipping I paid fair--and after my anniversary.:(
The product was fairly good quality (although overpriced for what it was), but it was too big. I filled out the form on the back of the invoiced that was supposed to be used for returns and exchanges. I marked the box for 'exchange' and I requested a smaller size. I paid to have the ring shipped back to the company.
A couple of weeks later, I received a partial refund on my paypal account. The price of the ring minus expedited shipping (which was almost as much as the ring). I messaged the company through the paypal messaging, requesting an update on my order.
I never received another ring, or a response to either of my emails. It's over a month past my anniversary and all I have to show for it is a credit card balance and a little card my boyfriend got with the gift.
