This company is a total scam! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered a Christmas gift for my son. We waited for over 2 months because we kept getting notifications that the item had been shipped. But they never provided a shipping or tracking number and we never received the item. Finally we got a refund through PayPal. I hope enough people complain that this company gets shut down before they are allowed to scam any more people out of their money.
Tip for consumers:
Please read the reviews first before ordering from Artfire. I would not recommend ordering anything from them. It’s a scam!
