I just submitted my report to the internet crimes division as there are hundreds of unanswered complaints to the BBB. I am guessing they have stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from unsucpecting consumers/victims across the country who will never recieve anything, product or refund. Me and three of my coworkers all placed a small order, about $50 for the past three months, mine was placed the first week of August and my coworkers june and july. None of us have recieved our products or refunds. I have multiple tickets open detailing my journey with them starting trying to cancel the order a minute after it was placed, ofcourse it was somehow already shipped. Two months later I have been to the post office, tried to track there bogus international tracking number and have been made false promises of both deliveryand refund, which I still have nothing to show for. Dresslily, do not add insult to injury with your generic response as I have done everything you have requested and have continually renewed tickets you have expired without resolution. Now you can deal with the authorities. Hoping to do mypart in bringing this scam to a close.

The parcel had been shipped out by flat rate shipping, and there is no tracking number because you didn't paid for it.
