Well first when they say it will be shipped from this time to this time, they are very wrong. I ordered a shirt and it said it would ship in 11-13 business days. So I waited and waited. I have even even waited for when they tell you an estimated delivery which was way over the 11-13 days and it still has not came. It would be one thing if shipping was free but it wasn't, it was 5 dollars. Oh and get this in order to receive a refund you have to wait 60 days and if by then the item does not come then you can get your money back. Who has that kind of time to wait for an item for 60 days. I have wrote the customer support many times and they just say you have to wait 60 days. I even tell them that on the order the shipping wI'll not update so it still says September 18th when today is September 26th! So do jot use this site at all.
Another thing is, when you get the product you ordered there is no instructions on how to use it (which was the case for the curler I bought) and the package was not sealed. When you buy clothes, it's low quality like the fabric is already coming undone. I also got a ring for my grandma and it looks like a 25 cent ring you get out of one of the coin machines at toys r us so it looks nothing like the description.

Sellers have between 1-10 business days from payment to ship an item according to Tophatter policy. Because there are many unforeseen delays with customs, and longer ship times from international countries, we allow an extended ship time of 60 days from ship date for an item to be delivered.
Please note items being shipped from different countries will not show tracking updates frequently while the item is in transit.
If you have decided the item is no longer wanted or needed please refuse the unopened package at time of delivery or return unopened to the post office and have marked as 'refused'. Let us know you have refused the package and after review of the tracking, a refund can be processed.
