I entered my order and then immediately realized I forgot to enter my discount code. I emailed literally minutes after placing the order and they refuse to honor the discount, contending that they are unable to do so. Really? Unable? There's no possible means of correcting my order? Absolute and total BS. I have had this happen with other sites, including HauteLook (which is owned by Nordstrom, and that probably explains why its customer service is great and NOTHING like crappy Gilt) and they ALWAYS give me the discount. Will NEVER use this site again!
