I ordered shoes in store for my son for Christmas. In store the address was reviewed and confirmed. Somehow, it was switched to an old address after I left. I called the store and the employee remembered me. Remembers the address confirmation. Couldn't understand how it reverted back to the old address on file. It was now customer services job to figure out what to do. The shoes were not returned. I spoke to a rep and was told her supervisor would go over my claim and I'd receive an email. The email stated that records showed I paid with a debit card, so they would be issuing a check. To the address the shoes were mailed to! Why?! If the address was wrong, why would they issue a check to that address?! I replied it didn't make sense to send it to a wrong address. Got an email back saying to allow up to two weeks for it to arrive. If it doesn't arrive, I can call back and they'll do a stop payment. Allow two weeks for it to process, then they can update the address. Still doesn't make sense. Reverse the charges, makes sense. Getting the correct address to mail the check to, makes sense. Making me wait over a month, then getting the right address makes sense to them?! I argued back and forth through email for a total a five emails. Each time a different rep saying it's policy?! To issue a check to a known wrong address? The issue was an incorrect address. So they issued to said wrong address and will use the correct one after we all waste time. My son has already returned to California. He didn't get his shoes, and I'm out over a hundred dollars. All I wanted was the funds reissued so I can purchase again, and send them to him. I will NEVER buy from famous footwear after this. When/if I get my money back, I will purchase his Doc Martins elsewhere.

Tip for consumers:
Just don’t purchase for delivery. Wait for the store to have the item in stock. You never know what could happen. And their customer service is not customer service at all.
