Shout out to Eyebuydirect! I purchased a pair of glasses at the end of October. I loved everything about them - style, quality, prescription, price. A few days ago, I tripped and face-planted on a stone step. In addition to breaking my nose, I broke my glasses. I contacted Eyebuydirect, explained what happened, and wanted to see if I might get a discount or something on a replacement pair. Instead of a discount, they are sending me a replacement pair FOR FREE (minus shipping). If that's not the best customer service, I don't know what is. Their kindness has made this awful situation a bit more bearable.
