I ordered a Google pixel watch as a birthday present. I waited for it to arrive only to get an email saying it was not able to be delivered. They did not give any reason why, and my address was correct. I've never had a package not be able to be delivered, so this was a new experience. I then tried to contact someone to initiate a refund or inquire about when that would happen. It took me forever to find out how to reach someone, and I'm a very tech saavy individual. Their "help center" is extremely hard to navigate, and just keeps looping you back to the main page without a resolution. It was infuriating. Finally when I reached someone, they had no information for me. They simply said they have not received the return (even though it was a week later). It is now 2 weeks since my purchase and I have received no refund. I inquired today again and was told that my refund will be start to be processed today and will take another 14 BUSINESS days until I receive my refund, for an item I never even had in my possession. This purchase was a $400 dollar one, so waiting that long to receive the money back is extremely inconvenient around the holidays. I will never ever ever purchase from this site again.
