“Questionable quality, waiting on customer service”

I bought a movie poster that has been cropped along the right side. Names are completely cut off. I've contacted customer service, but judging by some of the reviews here, I won't hold my breath. I know it's just a reproduction, but come on! Have some pride in your product!
