BR doesn't make returns easy. They stopped providing return slips or order number slips inside packages. I did not receive an email with my order number due to a typo in the email. And when I called staff to get help, they said there was nothing they could do. I called again a few weeks later to find out that staff wasn't adequately trained and could have helped me locate the order number on the shipping label like I asked in the initial phone call. At that point my order was late and there was nothing they or the manager would do to fix the issue. I now have 3 shirts that don't fit me that I paid $150 for. Boooo BR.
