I placed my order 3 MONTHS, 1 WEEK & 3 DAYS AGO and HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEMS! Placed an order August 5th 2015 and received notification it was shipped August 6th. I did not receive my items. I emailed the company and they asked me to wait to see if they would arrive by the delivery expiry date which was Oct 6th. By this date, the items had STILL not arrived so I emailed them again and I was told I could either pay 50% of the purchase price again to have the items reshipped or be reimbursed 50% of my funds. I did not want to have to pay for items I had already paid for a 2nd time, to have them mailed out and potentially lost again nor did I only want 50% of my money returned... so I attempted to reach a resolution through the PayPal dispute option. This time they messaged me and stated that if I would pay for the tracking fee, they would reship my order. I again stated I was not interested in paying anything more for stuff I have already paid for... with the obvious risk that their items get lost in the mail. They did not reply back. I attempted to contact them several more times with no replies so I have escalated it to a claim through PayPal.

NOVEMBER 9,2015 - UPDATE -
I escalated the claim through Paypal and I received an email from this company to my personal email address stating: that because I had started a claim through paypal, the funds were on hold and they asked me to close the dispute to release the hold on the funds so that they could reimburse me. NICE TRY. They basically were trying to trick me into closing the dispute because once the dispute is closed it cannot be reopened. I told them that I would not be closing the dispute and any further communication could be done through PayPal. I did not hear from them again but PayPal did resolve the dispute in my favor and I was reimbursed all my funds through PayPal. Thank you PayPal!

As you selected free Flat Rate Shipping and didn't request tracking number during order checkout stage, there will be no tracking number to follow the delivery online.
The delivery time of surface mail will be around 10-25 business days after dispatch if there are no delays. But there are some external factors which may cause some delay on delivery time, such as remote locations, peak shopping and shipping periods, Holidays and Festivals, inclement weather and delay by corresponding customs' operations and express company.
