How exactly does it make sense that I sent in NEW clothes, all on the sell list and only FOUR items (out of an over stuffed bag) were accepted, the rest we declined for "Flaws"... um no. I checked all those clothes over at least three times before sending them in. But they were "flawed" and they "couldn't" sell them. Funny because my clothes were in NEW condition (literally took a few items out of a plastic bag they were shipped in and put them straight into my sell kit). But yet they sell clothes with flaws! Someone that works there is probably walking around with my clothing- and I get a whole $4. Then I had to wait 2 weeks for it... why? So they can get EVERY penny possible from me by accumulating interest for two weeks on the money they owe me? I wouldn't be shocked if this company received sell kits back full of rotting food as a nice "F*** you" from all the dissatisfied customers they rip off. KARMA.
