I have ordered Logitech K380 Bluetooth Multi-Device Keyboard on 31 Dec 2021. I asked them to provide me with black color. They confirmed to me that is available te delivery. Then I pay and confirm the order. But after two days they called me to say the black color is not available and offer me to take the blue one. I asked them to refund and they told me they will. Already 12 days passed still do not get my refund. It should be completed fast and provide the right information to the customers.
