Phone ordered on 6th October 2015. I have been told my phone was dispatched on 23rd October 2015. I have given a a tracking number but when I enter it in the Post NL website it states parcel not found. I am now worried reading the other reviews on this website. I have had responses to my emails. I have also ordered two more phones for Christmas presents for my children now really worried :(
