I ordered my first order on December 5, and because of a third party (a Payment Verification Company), my order got cancelled. But, since then, TonerBuzz has provided me with more than just amazing customer service. They really took my order seriously and went above and beyond in offering me some great benefits! I reordered, and payment went through. And when my order reached its destination (Saudi Arabia), FedEx charged me some extra charges, which, upon sending an email to TonerBuzz support, they even took care of that! And I get a call from FedEx saying that my shipment is ready for pickup, and TonerBuzz took care of the payment! Really, such amazing customer service is really rare these days.
