Since we had a good experience with a GetTransfer (GT) booked driver in New Orleans, we rebooked the following year for a GT driver to meet us at the LAS airport. Total no show! Called the driver who angrily denied he was ever GT assigned- wrong # he said ( same accent)- waited an hour+ for a highly apologetic GT rep ( clearly an overseas call) to sub. A ride-. No luck. She FINALLY said take a taxi & promised a refund to come. GT is apparently an overseas booking agency, between passenger & private drivers ( whom they charge too). They clearly are not regulated by US rules due to unethical business practices. Their "REFUND" IS A CREDIT- useless. They will KEEP your money. We finally took a taxi - roomier & less $ than GT. Don't believe all the glorious starred ratings- anyone can manufacture those. READ the REAL reviews. I suggest a LYFT or taxi next time! BUYER BEWARE!1

I purchased the e-trike. Beautiful well made bike BUT even my professional bike assembly tech had some issue with on line assembly video. Trike comes in A LOT of parts. It would be so helpful to have written step by step diagrams & assembly instructions on line + video option for more skilled bicyclists. NO paperwork in box. Shaky amateur assembly video online, whips too fast from one step to another & seems to miss some steps. Need diagrams of parts, wiring & placement of controls by handlebars.- probably OK for a skilled bike tech but in my opinion,, too vague &* quick for average buyer.
