I am totally pleased with the quality of items I receive, but I placed two large orders thinking I could easily send back the unwanted items for no charge. That was NOT the case. I was able to find this answer on the Q&A page after having received my orders but this was not entirely clear up front so in the end I paid almost $20 to return 1/4 of my items. To me its only worth it if I am familiar with the brand and sizing so that I know for sure that the item will fit.
