The coat I ordered (improperly constructed and way too small) took weeks to arrive and I still have received NO refund even after $#*!ering back and forth with them for weeks. They make it impossible to send their crap back, so I'm out the total amount. The only way to contact them is via email, and they just lie to you. Don't bother. I will def check out reviews before ever buying online again.

Actually, they should really get ZERO stars!
The lining of the coat was twisted so I couldn't get my arm in one sleeve~thot I'd fix it myself and give it away, but it's too much bother...They didn't even refund the $6, then $8, they said they would. I think I paid $26 for the stupid coat plus shipping and handling...
