“Smelled absolutely nothing like the original”

Scentmatchers did not even come remotely close to my perfume. The scent I wanted was blackberry and what was sent to me was something floral - like gardenia. We wrote them to let them know and received this response: Thank you for contacting us.
We are very sorry if our reproduction did not completely live up to your expectations. Our scent experts gave it their best shot from the sample they could obtain. We appreciate your feedback on the reproduction made by us.
Thank you for being our customer.
I would not use again. Pretty poor customer service if you ask me.
