I bought a 10" tablet, 1 month after I purchased it the screen cracked. I never dropped it or did anything to cause this problem, I showed it to my grandson who by the way is a computer tech and was told it was defective from the start. It has one crack across the corner but it will not work. I tried for months to call the company, I then tried to email them but never got a satisfactory response. They are a complete rip off
Tip for consumers:
do not waste your time ordering from this company it is not worth it' the prices are good but the service is very bad.
