I hope this helps others! I ordered sheets back in November. I thought it was odd that I did not receive any tracking information a few days after I placed the order. I could not locate a phone number on their website, just email. So I emailed CS. No one responded back to me. I started to get nervous! I did find them on FB and posted my issue on their FB page and I got a response right away as well as the CS phone number. I also finally received an email with tracking info. I would recommend going to their FB page and posting your complaint. Because it is seen by many, you are more likely to get a response back in a more timely manner than going the normal CS route. I finally received my sheets 3 weeks later! I will not order from them again. I don't mind waiting if I am kept informed. My issue is with the poor customer service. Additionally, after reading many of the posts on this board, it sounds like the CS is inconsistent and not very reliable. Lesson learned!
