When you call assurance wireless to purchase minutes they suggest l you to purchase online. When you purchase 250 minutes online and you don't call them afterwards and tell them you purchased 250 for $6.88 you ONLY get 50 minutes. (They charge you 10ยข a minute instead of giving you your 250 minutes if you don't call.them) When you call them and complained they tell you to purchase another 250 minutes for $6:88 which you will get ONLY if you call them otherwise you only get 50 minutes. Why should I pay for something I already paid for. They cheated me out of 200 minutes. How much money are they pocketing by this underhanded practice. If you purchase 250 minutes online make sure you call them or they will cheat you out of 200 minutes. I would post a picture of purchase but it is on my bank statement which I will not post for obvious reasons.
