Sometimes Skype has a few hiccups, but still love it. Use it to call my family in the UK.

My hard disc died, so they had to rest the laptop and reinstall IOS. That all was done for free. Really love Apple.

We were traveling to a baby shower to Boston and I had a medical emergency, because a piece of my tooth broke off. Luckily frontdesk of our hotel recommended to me Yelp.com and Zocdoc.com, so I didn't have to go to the local hospital and wait in the emergency room. I was able to get an appointment right away with ZocDoc and didn't even have to call.
