Submitted all details as requested to their website about my phone and got a positive response that they could unlock my phone - next day got an email saying that they were now unable to unlock the phone. My credit card was however debited a few days later and six weeks on I am still trying to re-coup the charges. I am getting the 'technical issues' excuse. Have today contacted my CC company and they will get the money back. DO NOT USE this company.
