I have bought 4 times now at this company. They sell all types of wigs, hair extension, hair and body care products and I must say that I'm really satisfied with the service they provide.
After I have been scammed once while trying to purchase products online I have become very careful. I read review after review, search on the internet to read all kind of information about the company before making a purchase.
With wigtypes I just got lucky because I purchased from them the same day I purchased from the company that scammed me. I was a new online customer and didn't know what I was getting myself into. Now I know to check out the company first before making any purchase, better save then sorry!
Wigtypes is good, I like them. Their delivery is always on time, I like their tracking system because I can really see where my package is at and quality versus price is ok too. I give them a thumbs up. I don't live in the USA but I have a postal address from where my package is forwarded to my country. It is a official address from my countries postal office.
Any way when my package got to my country, I got a message from the postal office that my package arrived but that the invoice I emailed to them is not good because it had only the total amount paid and not the price of each product. Hmmm... there was my package and I was not able to get it! Frustrating, right?
Immediately I sent a request to the company for a new invoice and within 5 minutes I got a response providing me with the requested documentation. So all is good.
