It was a quick answer and response, fast problem solving, good performance and kind words of customer support. For me, as a beginner, it's important that someone is willing to spend an extra couple of minutes to explain everything in detail. Guides are great, but I still prefer live support. I best absorb information through communication. And it's great that there's good support here.
