DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM JOLLY CHIC. THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY ALLOW RETURNS -- I contacted them promptly to return items as advertised on their website and they said they only way to return an item is to pay $100 (more than cost of my order) to ship it to China. After I requested they provide me a label and subtract this from my total order (standard that all clothing websites provide) this is what they sent me:
I am afraid that we can not provide this shipping label.
Coz the shipping charge on our website is more cheaper than the actual shipping fee and it just fit for the parcel which is ship from China.
So is there any possible for you to keep these items or you can sell it online?
We can compensate 10 dollar for this problem, is that ok?
