I received a set of uniforms without numbers. After several calls to them, they basically told me I'm stuck with what I have. I was willing to buy the material and have the numbers put on locally but they would not sell the material or take the uniforms back. Because they use a color for their printing that is not common, I have uniforms with numbers and lettering that don't match.
I have been in the service/sales business all my life. The one thing that I learned a long time ago is that no matter who's at fault, the buyer or the seller, you have to come to an agreement that both parties can live with.
Obviously Epic has not learned this yet! By the number of complaints listed, it appears they don't care about repeat business.
My advise is to buy local and these types of issues wont't happen.
