I ordered $249.65 worth of hermit crabs in April, and they never shipped. When I asked for a refund, I was told that they'd "ship tomorrow," which never happened, either. Their next move was to just stop responding to my messages, and so they've stolen all of that money from me. Thieves--that's all that they are. BUYER BEWARE!
